The largest bedroom has an en suite full bathroom, 50” smart TV, King memory foam mattress and large closet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and is right across the hallway from another full bathroom.

The condo is located in the South Scottsdale area within minutes to Old Town Scottsdale. Nestled in the middle of the community with close proximity to the pool. Coin operated community laundry room is available for guest use during their stay within the building.

The community was constructed in the early 1970s but you wouldn’t know it from inside. This location is the first floor of a two story building with a unit above you.
