Sleeps 11 (plus flexible options, including a bunk bed). Primary suite features a king bed and vegan‑leather loveseat. Entertainer’s backyard: 6‑person hot tub, pool (not heated), propane BBQ, fireside seating, and putting green. RV gate/parking and a 3‑car garage add convenience—desert serenity near dining, golf, and trails.



**Pet Policy:

- Pets are welcome, but must stay off all furniture.

- An additional fee of $150 per pet applies to your stay.

- If any damages result from pets, you will be responsible for covering those costs.

**Utilities Policy:

-For stays of 28 nights, utilities are included up to $550 per month. Any usage exceeding $550 will be charged to the guest and documented.
