Luxury and meticulously designed 1 br/1 bath apartment in one of the nicest buildings with a reserved parking space. Property is within walking distance to all of the events/festivities and arenas where Super Bowl festivities are being held.

The space is completely furnished and features one King bed (Tuft & Needle Mint Mattress), TV, Washer/Dryer and 1 bathroom with an oversized tub and shower.

Building does have a gym/pool and hot tub and is right across the street from the the Super Bowl NFL Experience, Suns Arena and everything in DT Phoenix.
