Awesome house! The property was beautiful, phenomenal location with views of camelback. Nicely renovated with a well-appointed kitchen. The owners were always available by text or phone and the communication was great. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Most importantly, Amy was a very thoughtful and responsive host. One of the AC units went down on the first day of our stay, during the hottest March temperatures on record in Phoenix. She quickly got the unit repaired, and her property manager and the HVAC technician were both top notch. Our hosts provided a thoughtful renters guide and great recommendations for the area. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful home in Paradise Valley

Beautiful home with amazing views in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this home for a family vacation or just some quiet time with your spouse/ significant other. Amy and Beau were terrific and extremely responsive. We will definitely be coming back again sometime in the near future! Book it and you won’t be sorry!

Spacious, clean, newly remodeled primary bed /bath

The home was extremely clean and spacious, the Mexican tile floors so good looking. Master bed very comfortable, and the bathroom large and attractive. We’re used to a manual to explain the use of the property and house, so I expect others might feel that way too. But every question we had got answered immediately by Amy by text or phone. A note: Maybe they’re still in the process of the remodel finish because there were no bedroom window coverings. To address that properly, I’m not sure anyone can see in the windows from below, but during a full moon it got too light in the bedroom. Also, we’re readers so we scrambled to find enough reading light in the living areas downstairs but all in all we made it work. Nice property, great neighborhood.

MUMMY MOUNTAIN STAY

This home is awesome. We are a family of 6 and the layout of the home was perfect for our teenage and college age children to spread out when needed but the gathering spaces created the best environment to be together. The views are spectacular. The pool area is such a relaxing area. The way the house is situated is so private it felt like we were at our own retreat. Highly recommend this property
