Our host was hard to get ahold of once we got there. You could only email him as he didn't answer his phone or return your calls!! When we arrived there were only two towels in the whole house for 8 people. So I emailed him, and he responded they are on the bed, which they were not! No kitchen towels either. Two hours later we got some towels. One bath rug was wet and dirty. The floors were dirty, turned our feet black on the bottom! Wiped up some water off floor and paper towel was black ! Went to use the broom in the garage, it was full of long black hair so we didn't use it ..disgusting!! Pool was ice cold, 67 degrees. White chairs in pool were dirty, stuff in pool. Contacted him and he said it was 81...which it wasn't!! Again never talked to us we had to email him. Pool was fixed the day we left! Couldn't us the pool!! It was very annoying that you couldn't actually talk to a person!! We called but he never returned our calls. In this day and age emailing someone to get help is slow! I would not call this a Luxury Home!! Chairs in kitchen had rips in, outdoor furniture was ripped and some cushions were also dirty. He said he would refund us 75 a day for the pool, but then changed his mind when I contacted VRBO about his house! He needs to check this house out himself, as the cleaners are not doing their job and his furniture is awful! Again not a luxury house by any means!!
