Property under construction, therefore limited facilities, dirty common areas, room fairly clean, drier was not pluged in and breaker had to be flipped, ice machine on the second floor did not work nor would you want it to due to dusty conditions, rooms only available at the far end of the property therefore wear comfy shoes and be ready to walk a lot every time you need ice and anything else, staff was very nice and helpful under these conditions though

The hotel is going through the renovation,so the signs of it are everywhere. The area is not that great, a lot of homeless folks there. The front desk is friendly and helpful. I didn't appreciate waiting for the FD clerk checking my room during my check out so I could get my 100$ deposit back . It would've taken much longer if the FD employee was busy with the guests . The room was clean, stocked with towels, etc. , and the bed was comfortable. There were no black out curtains but the FD young lady brought them to the room. Frankly, the breakfast was poor. I believe, this hotel, with good intentions,could turn into a nice place. Until then ,$76/ night with $100 deposit is a bit too much

In a 6 night stay, we were moved 3 times. Tv/cable not working, and then a plumbing issue. Breakfast is not much of nothing. Construction went on until at least 10p. Will not stay again

It would have been nice if it showed online that this property was being renovated. The only amenity available is the pool. Smells like paint. Front desk area completely torn apart. 2nd floor half blocked off. Stains all over the carpet and the blankets. Mold in the shower. Definitely not what it showed online. This is ridiculous
