The staff was great, however, our room was neglected. Carpet and furniture had a lot of pet hair and crumbs. The walls were dirty with splashes of "who knows what." The shower water does not get hot and the water pressure was just not there.

Staff-the front person yesterday morning could have better customer service skills. I asked if they had any shower caps since most places I travel have things for guest if you need them. He said no but but we have bags. You can put it on your head. It would also be nice to have things guests need when traveling. Also, my room wasn’t cleaned in the 3 days I was there.

The entire stay was amazing!! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was clean, the room was very relaxing. Definitely will be staying here everytime I visit the area!

Two items of concern. Elevator on south end of property was not working and appeared that it had not been for some time. Security door on north end was not working anyone had access to the hotel. Room was clean and bright. Front desk helpful and accommodating.
