When we checked in there was nobody at the front desk for at least 10 minutes. The hotels.com listing said weekend breakfast went until 10 but it closed st 9. The morning front desk guy was impolite.

I did not know that the rooms were not cleaned daily. I was there Wednesday thru Saturday, and my room was not touched. It would have been nice to at least have the trash emptied daily and fresh towels without asking. Everyone was so kind. Those were my only thoughts on improving.
Went to the Grand Canyon.
The Grand Canyon was AMAZING.
I came for my graduation from Grand Canyon University.

We loved our stay, the room and bed was very comfortable. It was easy access to the highway to get around and many good restaurants nearby. We wish the daily breakfast had a bit more variety, but otherwise, great place to stay while in the Phoenix area.

The building was nice and so were the employees. Our room was just okay. The bathroom had paint splatters on the floor and there was definite water damage in the bathroom. The carpet had some sticky spots near the window and the tv didn’t work when we first got there. But we figured it out on our own.

Most of the staff was not courteous comma you couldn't get into your rooms with the door keys.Everything was broken.The shower was a disaster, i had stayed here many times before, but it has gone completely downhill.Never again

The property was very clean. Rooms are clean and large. Only complaint that I would have is that I had sent a request through Expedia to have a room away from noise and highway. My room was next to the freeway and you could hear the cars passing by. I am a light sleeper so I didn’t get much sleep due to the highway noise. Otherwise I would give my stay 5 stars.

Bed was great. Very quiet. Bathroom was terrible. Toilet seat was barely secured and it was used by a handicapped person. Refrigerator and microwave didn't work, neither did most of the plug-ins
