We stayed for three nights at the end of our Arizona trip. Unfortunately, the experience was not very smooth from the start. Communication with the host was limited, and our first night was quite stressful — there were multiple police cars (about three) in the gated community when we arrived, which felt unsettling.The apartment itself is somewhat outdated. While some furniture seems newer, the master bathroom is in need of renovation and does not present well. Some finishes, like plastic fixtures, were not what I would expect from an apartment rental.There were also no checkout instructions or guidance on where to dispose of garbage, so we had to figure things out ourselves.Despite a relatively high cleaning fee, the cleanliness was disappointing. There were plastic bags and miscellaneous items left around, dirty laundry in the washing machine, and wet towels in the dryer. We ended up running a cycle and organizing the laundry ourselves, especially after returning from our canyon trips.Overall, this was about a 3-star experience.

The condo was beautifully decorated. It was quiet and looked like the photos.The pool was awesome as well as the hot tub.We enjoyed our stay.However, we were there 5 mornings with no coffee pot. Its nice to wake up and make coffee, There was a kureig pot, we couldn't get it to work. We did buy pods for the coffee maker. The beds were comfortable, the fans were awesome. The air conditioning worked great. The neighbors that were owners were friendly, as they would gather at the pool area each day , they gave us suggestions for local foods. I would stay again.

Visited my daughter for the holiday, the hosts communication was spot on, the decor matched the pictures, beds were super comfortable, pool area right outside the door, I’d rent again!
