Room wasn't ready at check-in time. It was 2 1/2 hours after check in that it was ready at 6:30 pm. After a long day of travel and a 2 hour time difference, this was disappointing. They also didn't respond to chat on the app for updates on when the room would be ready.

Always a great experience at Home2 Sweet Scottsdale. The room is spacious and clean. Didn’t get to use the pool but it always seems clean and inviting. Breakfast is always on point with good variety to choose from both sides. We will be booking here again as we frequent this area quite often when visiting family. Oh and check in is so fast and friendly staff on site. Recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to this area.

I think the property over all is excellent. The only problem I had was it does not have security camera around the property by the parking lot. The first night I was at the hotel my car was parked in priority guest parking spot and a cat scratched the hell out of my rental car. I was so upset by this and when I went into immediately to tell the front desk what happened and if they had any cameras so I could see who damaged my car they said there wasn’t any. I was so disappointed because I could not see if it was a guest in their hotel that damaged my car and left without saying anything. They should have cameras every where inside and out so there is more safety .
