Scottsdale insta-worthy oasis with luxury finishes. The spacious resort-style backyard features a 5-hole putting green, outdoor TV, heated pool and spa with baja step for lounging, a built-in natural gas firepit, ping pong, and cornhole, and of course a propane grill. Inside, enjoy a game of pool or set up for movie-night on the comfy sectional sofa! We are just half a block off the Scottsdale canal where residents of Scottsdale often enjoy going for a jog or bike ride. Plus, we are less than 2 miles from downtown Scottsdale and all the restaurants, clubs and entertainment it has to offer!

OPTIONAL POOL HEATING NOTE:
The private pool can be heated upon request for an optional, separate fee. Because our pool utilizes a fast-acting gas heater, the cost is structured by season to reflect local utility usage:

• Winter Peak (Dec – Feb): $100 per night
• Shoulder Season (Oct – Nov & Mar – May): $75 per night
• Summer Season (Jun – Sept): $0 (Not needed; pool naturally warm)

Hot tub heating is always complimentary.

Policies & Rules:
• Pool heat must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay. It takes about 8 to 12 hours to bring the pool up to temp, so we do not offer partial or single-day heating.

• Please give us at least 36 hours advance notice prior to check-in to ensure the pool reaches swimming temperature (approx. 86°F) before your arrival.

• Payment: This fee is not automatically charged at checkout. A separate manual payment request will be sent to you via the Vrbo platform after your booking is confirmed.

The pool and hot tub were the highlight of our trip! It was sparkling clean, spacious, and perfect for lounging during the day and unwinding in the evening. The outdoor play space was an added bonus — plenty of room to relax, play games, and enjoy the gorgeous Scottsdale weather. It truly felt like a private resort in the backyard. The owner was so responsive to our every request. We definitely recommend and hope to return soon!
