Everything about checking in went smoothly. The night clerk was professional and friendly. He explained everything clearly. The comfort of the room was amazing. Nice and cool. Water pressure could have been stronger but still ok. Pool was clean. Hot tub was perfect. The breakfast bar was delicious and clean. The lady working there was friendly and funny. I felt bad for her on Sunday because she tried to keep up with how busy it was but everyone still ate good.

The staff was friendly and professional. The common areas were clean. The carpet in the room was stained and mattress pad dirty. I was approached by 2 homeless individuals in the parking lot and noticed a large population of homeless individuals that appeard to be drug addicts and prostitutes. I would not recommend this hotel until the city of Phoenix elects people who care about cleaning up the downtown area clean ckean

Best stay in quite some time.

The best stay at a hotel I have experienced, with my family in a long time. The employees here, top notch. So friendly and very helpful. Whatever we needed or questions we had they were on top of it. The room, actually looked like the pictures. Clean, roomy and everything worked properly and didn't look beat down. We got our room cleaned while out and looked great to return too. Love this place, highly recommend.

Despite its downtown label, this location is pretty far from the actual Phoenix downtown. Temperature was so high when we arrived that we didn't (or couldn't) walk anywhere. That said, downtown label usually means easy walking access to downtown. This location stretches that past all recognition.

Thank you for the amazing breakfast. Great service from all staff. Great spacious, rooms nice and modern. Just would add to please give the shower an extra clean as there was hair in there but other than that, excellent!!!

There was homeless people everywhere the park across the street is full of them. They’re running around all over the place very unsafe all the way around the hotel all four areas. Otherwise the hotel inside was great but parking is scary because you’re outside where all the homeless people can try to get into your car.
