Nice Clean room. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was Clean and staff was always cleaning and picking up and restocking in breakfast area which gave you lots of options. We would definitely stay here again if in Scottsdale. 5 stars definitely.

There was construction at 8am and the walls were thin so it was very noisy. You could hear people’s conversations through the walls and from the hallways. They must allow dogs and once coming back at night a dog rushed out of a room and chased us while very loudly barking

Was not informed of construction prior to booking or after. Water was off from 10am to 4pm on Friday. Fire alarm kept going off throughout out the stay. The ice bucket lid was disgusting, unable to use it. We were there for outpatient surgery for my husband, far from calm, relaxing environment. Had I known about the construction I would have chosen a diff hotel.

Major renovations going on and they were drilling & banging all day. Workers made fire alarms go off multiple times during the overnight hours. Workers would be getting breakfast and paying customers had to wait. Water was off from 10a-4p during our stay. Absolutely horrible! My husband is a contractor and has remodeled many Holiday Inn Express and he was flabbergasted at how this building remodel is being handled.

Major renovation happening, with unpleasant sewer gas smell…would have appreciated prior notice, as reservation was made weeks ahead. Fridge not cooling on arrival & we had a cooler full of food. Desk staff were very helpful, brought a replacement. Overall a good stay w/great staff, bldg will hopefully be better post-construction.

The hot tub was nice. The shower was insanely small, like an RV shower. In spite of the admittedly dated decor, the room was clean and bed adn pillows were amazing. The property is going through renovation, and we were told ahead of time what to expect with that. Would stay there again and looking forward to the updated decor.
