Not the Holiday Inn I’m use to. Staff ignored loud and unruly adults way past 1 am drunk and disorderly at the pool right outside my room I stayed for 5 night and 4 of the nights was miserable. I will never stay at the Holiday Inn in Scottsdale again

Very disappointed that the whole pool area was closed because of a broken gate. Really? Came for a baseball tournament and specifically wanted the hot tub, 1st floor near the lobby also smelled like sewage several nights. Pretty gross. Room way down the hall was good however

Just an overall awesome hotel! Pool and hot tub was amazing, staff was kind and helpful, room was 10 out of 10, location was awesome, and the breakfast wasnt half bad. Also if I sine up to me a reward member that is free your deposit will only be 50 bucks and u can get up to a 2pm check out
