Compared to other hotels I have stayed at around the phoenix area I can say this one is one of few that are great. The staff was helpful and nice, they were there for anything we needed, the price was affordable, actually cheaper than most cracked out hotels. Parking was simple, layout of hotel was simple easy to find our room. The pool was clean and heated so we could actually swim with our family. Overall great hotel, we will be staying again.

No issues feeling safe at this location. Central to Surprise stadiums and an easy walk through the commons area to the park. Hotel was always clean and all the staff (front counter, service, cleaning) were friendly and attentive. Breakfast and dinner options were very adequate and the coffee was above average, which was very much appreciated!
