The Space:

Imagine your weekday routine ending with a dip in the heated pool and a glowing fire pit instead of a cramped hotel room. Our sun-soaked 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Chandler, Arizona is set up for real living, whether you’re here for a season, a move, or a long-overdue family visit!

Every bedroom has its own smart TV.



The kitchen: Cook real meals all month long with high-end appliances, a big fridge, plenty of cabinet space, and a large island for family dinners. Drip coffee and Keurig are both ready for your mornings.



The backyard: Your own resort-style escape! Swim laps in the heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, grill on the BBQ, and catch the game on the outdoor TV. Loungers, basketball hoops, an outdoor shower, plus an umbrella, pool toys, and towels are all ready to go.



The game room: Pool table, shuffleboard, arcade games, and ping pong. The den adds a PlayStation and board games for slower nights in.



The everyday stuff: A washer and dryer, an open living room with a plush sofa and 50" smart TV, and parking for 4 cars between the garage and driveway.



Who it’s for: This home is a great fit for snowbirds, families in the middle of a move, and anyone needing a comfortable home base for a month or more. With 2.5 baths for up to 10 guests, busy mornings may take a little coordination.

Guest Access:

The whole home and backyard are yours for your entire stay! The only exception is a locked cleaners’ closet.

You’ll be living in a peaceful residential corner of southeast Chandler, close to the Gilbert border, with everything you need for daily life just a short drive away.



Everyday errands: Grocery stores, pharmacies, gyms, and coffee shops are about 5 to 10 minutes away.



Food & drink: The lively downtown areas of Chandler and Gilbert, packed with great patios and local favorites, are roughly 15 to 20 minutes out.



Outdoors: Golf courses are all around, and scenic desert hiking trails are about 20 to 25 minutes away.



Airports: Phoenix-Mesa Gateway is about 20 minutes away, and Phoenix Sky Harbor is about 30. Uber and Lyft are easy to find throughout the area.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



This home is available for stays of 30 nights or more, and an additional cleaning fee may apply to your stay.



Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.



Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



This property is 100% smoke-free.



Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per dog, up to 2 dogs per stay. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted. We kindly ask that your pup be crate trained and that you pick up after them.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



An exterior security camera is installed on the property for quality and security monitoring purposes.



Heated pool fee is $125/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you’d like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
