Property seemed dirty. Tons of homeless all around. The hotel had a weird smell to it. My room was ok. Bathroom was dated & had some mold in it. I’m not trying to knock the hotel just giving a honest review. Lady how checked me in was really nice.

Front desk person checking in was wonderful super nice. The room…bed was horrible, it dipped in the middle, it had to have been really really old and bathroom had mold in the shower, tub was clean but the wall had black mold, yuck.

Had to go ask for coffee cups and plastic cups for water. Breakfast was limited. Some diced potatoes that were a little overcooked, scrambled eggs were good. No meat. Eating area was clean. Weird setup.Stairs only go the outside. Glad for elevators to the upper floors.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while on a cross-country move and we enjoyed our stayed. Check in was smooth and the attendant was friendly. The rooms were large and clean. Bathroom was clean and had toiletries. Beds were comfortable and clean. The TV worked and had several channels to choose from. The A/C was strong, which was good because it was warm outside. Breakfast was great and had various choices. Eggs, potatoes, cereal, pastries, juices, coffee, and waffles. There are homeless people around the outside area, but it's nothing to be scared of. There are homeless people all around big cities and that's just part of city life. Oh, and plenty of food options near by. You could walk to several fast food places within 2 minutes of the hotel.

Great lobby — and that’s about where it stops. Our room had holes in the sheets, a fist-sized hole in the bathroom door, and sewage backing up into the bathtub drain when the toilet was flushed. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary. We did receive a refund, which was necessary, but I would never stay here again.
