• We provide a starter supply of laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap for guests to enjoy during your stay.

• There is no hot tub.

• This property features exterior security cameras. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when deemed necessary.

1) No parties or events allowed.
2) No smoking allowed.
3) No pets allowed on the premises.
4) No more than 8 overnight guests. Max of 12 people on the property without written approval.
5) Please respect quite times – 10 pm to 8 am (the city of Scottsdale enforces this and any violation resulting in a fine will be passed on to the guest. Fines range up to $2500).
6) Please report any property damage or broken items to your host promptly. Damaged property may be billed to the guest.
7) Please do not take anything that is not your property. Missing property will be billed to the guest.
8) Please respect check in and out times. Checking in early or out late without prior approval from your host will result in a fee of $50/hour.
9) No illegal activities are allowed on the property.
10) Please leave the property in a similar condition as when you arrived.
11) Always reach out to your host with questions or concerns.
12) No fires are allowed in the fireplace.
13) Pool Rules: There is no pool barrier fence. There are door and window alarms and high locks that should be used to prevent children from getting into the backyard accidentally/unattended. No diving, horseplay or glass in or near the pool. There is no life guard on duty. Do not remove the pool vacuum or tamper with any pool equipment.

Essential Maintenance: We have required weekly pool cleanings by a professional pool company, a `can to curb` service that takes trash bins to the street on trash days for your convenience, and biweekly yard care. By booking this property you agree to allow these services access to the exterior of the property for essential maintenance.

In the event guests leave belongings behind there will be a $25 fee for small items and a $50 fee for large items plus the cost of shipping.
