House smelled of sewage

The house wreaked of sewage upon immediate check-in and the smell persisted the entire stay. Reported immediately to the mgmt company who alerted local team but no one came to look into it or do anything about it. Additionally, the pool heater was not on. Reached out to mgmt company and was told it was because we didn’t pay extra for the pool heat in the booking. After I screwed my head back on, I informed them I was not presented an option for pool to be heated and that was ludicrous anyway bc what’s the point of having a pool if you cannot use it? Final opportunity, checkout time is 10am which is insane to me. Should be 11a at the earliest. Other than that, the house is lovely (but dated) and was very clean. Outdoor space and pool are gorgeous. Outdoor functioning tv is the main selling point (other than a HEATED pool). The host left ample coffee, clothes detergent pods, and pool towels, all very much appreciated.

We stayed here for the open. It was a blast and location was perfect. ProTip:Get groceries delivered. The kitchen is great and having food in the refrigerator will save you some money. However, if you want to go out, Uber drive is easy and we had no issues with pickups. 10/10 would stay here again.

This house was great! The highlight was the back yard with lots of covered seating, a good sized pool and outdoor kitchen for grilling. The house was clean, well-stocked and in a great Central Scottsdale location. I would definitely come back!

Great for families!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 9 days and had the best time despite the weather (rain of all things). The pool was amazing! The temperature of the pool was great! Lots of space! The Nintendo games were super fun and unexpected! This place is also very wheelchair accessible (which I would recommend adding to the listing). Our son has corey palsy and uses a manual chair and getting him in and out of the house and pool were very easy! We will stay here again!

Lovely house in excellent location

Beautiful, comfortable house with a wonderful backyard. Lovely neighborhood in a convenient location. Issues with the tubs, previously mentioned, were experienced. Hopefully they will be quickly resolved. Missing an iron and ironing board, needed for a wedding. Would gladly stay here again.

We had a perfect stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The neighborhood was very quiet and just a few minutes to the Barrett Jackson Auction at Westworld. The weather was quite cold so we were not able to use the pool or the patio. The kitchen was well equipped. No complaints.
