Close to Mayo, however there was no Shower Curtain, no ironing board (but had an iron) floor was dusty, room smelled like there was previously a smoker in in. No breakfast without paying. But no place really to go to get a good breakfast other than the hospital or the hotel. The bottles of lotion that aren't replaced...had left over lotion dried on the outside. The bottles should be cleaned and replaced.

Convenient to Mayo Clinic. Cleaning was not great. Employees were nice and helpful. Pillows were very hard. Overall acceptable and for price and convenience we will likely stay again.

Location next to Mayo is wonderful. There was zero housekeeping the entire time i was there 3 nights. Stairwells have zero ventilation and are very hot and musty. Road into facility is in need of resurfacing in a few places. Numerous inoperable security lights on road around facility. TV channel selection sadly limited.

This was our 3rd stay here within the last 2 months. What I didn't like about this stay was we were in room 103. The air conditioner fan or blade was so loud all night long and sounded like it was going to come through the wall. the room would get very cold then hot. The bed frame was very loud. Every time my husband moved you could heard the bed. So between that and the air we did not sleep well. I'm not one to complain but some one needs to know. We love your Hotel thank you for being so kind always. Pam

i have stayed here before. as in the past the hallways and elevator are a bit grubby. could use more cleaning. desk and restaurant staff are always very hospitable which makes it a comfortable place to stay. shuttle service to the mayo clinic is very prompt.

AC was obnoxious!

It was ok! When we checked in the front desk girl mentioned we had booked through a third party and gave us a mediocre room. The hotel was not booked and their were plenty of rooms with a patio and in better shape. The ac in our room kept us awake all night, it sounded like a washing machine We voiced our displeasure to Karen the next morning, she was kind listened to us and told us she would make a note of issues in room 149
