Our house is located is on 4200 sq. feet.
6 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 outdoor fireplaces and 1000 sq. ft. covered patio.

We want everyone to feel at home. Our focus is Bachelor and Bachelorette weekends!
Furthermore with a family group A Fun and Family weekend!
small family reunions and group travel. The house is set up for larger groups, small family reunions and group travel. The house has large TV viewing areas, a poker table, bar area with cocktail tables and large sectional couches that look out on the pool view back yard.
The kitchen is large with eating area, includes a 20 foot granite outside dinner table. The set up is focused on being outside, uniting with family, friends, creating a social environment and having fun!

Yes the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Very roomy. I know that its called a bachelor and bachlorette fun in the sun place to stay. The outdoors area was absolutely amazing. The house itself was ok. The couches were pretty dirty looking. They differently need cleaned or replaced. The showers didnt look like they had been cleaned. The water temperature in the back of the house wasnt very warm. The tub wouldnt hold water and the jets didnt work. That really wasnt a deal breaker. But the tub was. Im not trying to be that person, but we do vrbo alot. Like I said I know that its is labeled bachelor and Bachelorette pad, but for 5000 it should be clean. We really enjoyed ourself and would go back if things changed. We did call the host or owner he did come over and help us out. He was very nice. I hope you dont get bad but take our advice and clean it up alittle. Thanks :)

Roaches, Mice, and Rats in the house. We had guest leave and go to a hotel. When we told the owner they said that is what happens when it rains in Arizona. Filthy showers and sinks. We had to go by balls to play the outside games. Pictures don’t do it justice. Very run down. Most stuff is broken. Don’t waste your money.

Great stay for a bachelor party! 8 guys and if we didn't have so much scheduled we could've just spent the whole trip at the house. The volleyball and basket ball court was very fun for our group! Would stay again for sure!

Great Spot for Golf Trip

We had an amazing stay! The house easily accommodated our large group and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Overall, a super fun experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Backyard was nice. House was dirty inside, The shower in the master bedroom didn't drain , they also never communicated that the pool pump was broken. we had to use the Water hose. We then texted them to ask about it and they said That they knew about anything and basically didnt care because it was a “party house” . And much more

House was exactly as described. Plenty of space for our 12 person golf trip. The backyard was amazing and we ended up spending more time there than exploring Scottsdale!

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Amenities!

We had an incredible time during our stay in Scottsdale! The property offered so many amenities that kept everyone entertained—there was truly something for everyone. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and we loved making use of the volleyball court, cornhole setup, ping-pong table, and pool table. It really felt like a private resort!The house itself was spacious and served our group very well. While the property is a bit dated, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Our only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with a few more essentials, like zester spoons, wine glasses, and baking dishes, to make meal prep a little easier.Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others looking for a fun and relaxing getaway in Scottsdale!

Great stay

It was a great stay, had my daughters high school graduation and all the family stayed there. We had a little grad party and the property was perfect with all the activities. Beds were comfortable, kids loved the waterslide. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible. Host is the best !

We were able to drop off luggage and groceries before check in ( Host was gracious to accommodate ). When we finally checked in, he had put up our groceries and Beer in the fridge so it was cold for us. Never a dull moment with this property as there is plenty to keep you busy.

Scottsdale Home with Backyard Oasis

Perfect house for a large group. The backyard is absolutely perfect for playing games in the sun, hanging by the pool, and grilling out. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and house for our needs.

Bachelor Party

This place was perfect for my buddy's bachelor party. Plenty of beds and a big backyard with all kinds of things to do. We played volleyball majority of the time. This place could use some upgrades, but the only real issues were the AC was locked so it did get a little hot at night and the pool was very cold. Besides those two things, everyone in my group had an awesome time! Also, the owner was very helpful. I ordered some custom gifts but they wouldn't arrive in time for me to bring them, so the owner let me ship them to the rental.
