We had a very nice stay at the Carolina house. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you could possibly need, and the pool was the perfect temperature. We rented this property for my husband and family to have a place to stay while I had surgery at the Mayo Clinic (which is also conveniently close), and I spent a few days after surgery recuperating at the house as well. It made a perfect home-away-from-home! Neighborhood is well taken care of and quiet. Homeowners were very responsive and check in/out was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great few days here with our kids for spring break! Everyone loved relaxing by the pool during the day. Area was great and located nearby the things we wanted to explore. We enjoyed playing pool every night. Communication was wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay! Beautiful home in nice neighborhood. Our kids swam every day and it was close to everything we wanted to do on our vacation! We had a wonderful stay! The evenings were beautiful and peaceful, and the quiet neighborhood made it perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Perfect for family gathering

Very clean, comfortable and perfect for our family gathering. The pool and pool table were a big hit with the teenage grandchildren. Only suggested things to improve would be to make sure kleenex was provided and that the pool cues were all in good shape (only two had tips). The dishwasher worked well but there seemed to be an issue with it tilting forward when the racks were pulled out for loading dishes. We will definitely consider staying here again when we go back to Scottsdale.
