This home is fully furnished and has a "starter pack" for the first few days of your trip. Please plan accordingly to purchase/bring enough supplies and groceries to last for the duration of your stay.
MONTHLY CLEANINGS REQUIRED
We require 1x/month cleanings by our team to maintain the quality of our home. Cleanings are $300/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.
DOG-FRIENDLY
We certainly understand that dogs are family too. We do allow dogs under 50lbs. There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee, per dog. Additional fees may incur for additional dogs, longer duration stays, excessive pet hair/deep cleaning, pet damage to the property, or not cleaning up the yard after your pet. Dogs are *NOT* allowed on the furniture or beds! If you arrive on-site with an unapproved pet, your reservation may be terminated immediately. Please contact the host for more information. * SORRY - NO CATS! *
FREE ONSITE PARKING
There is complimentary parking in the attached garage and 2 spots in the driveway. You may also park in the street in front of the home, in the direction of traffic.
SMART HOME DEVICES
We use smart home technology throughout the property to improve your experience and ensure our vacation home does not become a nuisance in any way to the neighbors. Devices may include Nest Thermostat, Video Doorbell, Outdoor Security Cameras and NoiseAware. NoiseAware is a privacy compliant noise monitor which immediately alerts the host if there is a violation of the noise policy.
EXCESSIVE ENERGY USAGE POLICY
This property is intended for standard residential use only. Activities that result in excessive or abnormal utility consumption are not permitted, including but not limited to:
- Cryptocurrency mining
- Data or server hosting
- Running commercial-grade equipment
- Any activity designed to generate income or requiring unusually high electrical load
Utility usage is actively monitored. If a guest’s usage significantly exceeds normal household consumption levels, the guest agrees to be financially responsible for excess utility charges. Excess usage will be calculated based on the property’s historical average utility consumption for the same time period over the prior 12 months, adjusted for seasonality and occupancy. Charges will be billed to the guest after checkout and may be deducted from the security deposit or charged through the booking platform. Violation of this policy may also result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
GUEST ACCESS & CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Guests will receive their welcome message a day prior to arrival. Check-in is after 4:00PM and check-out is before 10:00AM.
