Towels and washcloths not available, had to go to a store and buy my own. No microwave available to guest, had to hand at front desk my food to warm it up. First young lady at front desk was rude and dismissive of my questions regarding the parking. Hotel does not look the same of what I seen online, I drove past it three times. The first young lady was honestly the only rude staff.

This hotel is terrible all around. We parked in the parking lot and got a boot on our car that cost $260.00 to remove simply because we didn't put some bar code in our phone to pay for parking the first night we arrived which was last in the day. The entrance is 200 yards from the parking lot and we had to carry our luggage this distance to get to the front desk. The room which was a suite was pathetic, the couch was old and falling apart, the room was dirty, there is no place to put your clothes. The shower is separated from the bed by a curtain in the room. They never informed us about the free breakfast and they didn't give a damn about our vehicle getting a boot that cost $260.00 for the night.

There was a homeless man in the lobby and another one looking in our car in the parking lot. So it did not feel safe. The property is difficult to access if you have more than 1 piece of luggage. There are no luggage carts and the interior design of the rooms feels like you’re in a converted garage. No night stands. It’s a hipster vibe but the other guests we spoke to thought it was all weird. Strange art all over.

We had no hot water for showers before leaving in the morning for the airport. I was told by the front desk that it takes a while for the hot water to get to the lower floors. That's not good enough! We let the shower run nearly 45 minutes and it was less than room temp. We had to pack up and leave dirty. Thanks for that.

Staff was courteous and the room was pretty clean. The lobby was hip and bar area looked fun. Problem was a ticking sound coming from the pipe in room #113. It was intermittent but continued through the night. I had to use ear plugs to get some sleep. The gave me another room the next night and there was inconsistent A/C problems.
