Despite confirming at check-in that our room was fully paid (as shown on Expedia), they refused to let us leave at checkout, falsely claiming we owed the full amount. They accused us of being thieves and illegally charged our guarantee card. We are disputing this charge. Based on other reviews, this appears to be a common scam. Stay away!
