This home has everything you are looking for! Super comfortable and quiet location, but close access to all of the major highways. There are tons of events happening within a short distance, including Boots in the Park, Tunnel to Towers 5k, Pat Benatar concert, all kinds of concerts, football games, and conventions all within less than a 15 minute drive. You will feel right at home. Comfy king size bed in the master bedroom with full bath/shower and double vanity, walk-in closet, make-up vanity and tons of room for getting ready. Large wall mounted smart TV. Two additional bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds, large closets and full bathroom. Updated and fully stocked kitchen with granite counter-tops open to the dining area, with sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio. Enjoy your coffee or meals, poolside. Enjoy delicious pink grapefruits every morning if you choose, fresh off the tree in backyard.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Strip beds of sheets only, do not remove protective bed or pillow covers and DO NOT put comforters in wash. DO NOT mix with wet towels, leave wet towels in bathrooms hanging.
Remove all garbage & leftovers. Trash can in back alley. Please put all houseware items, furniture & clean dishes back in same location that you got them from. Lock all doors & windows you unlocked.
Plug back in security cameras. Put garage door opener back on counter. Close blinds and curtains. Any unopened, frozen food, or condiments can be left behind, but any perishables should be tossed out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Throw out leftovers, empty and take out all garbage (back alley.) Wipe down kitchen. Clean used dishes. Put pool and patio items back in garage.
Do not touch or change pool pump/heater equipment and sprinkler timers. SEE details/rules on the pool cleaner and cover in the welcome letter.
Please treat property like your own and please respect the neighbors. No parties. Any property accidents/simple damages need to be reported to owner.

Loved staying at this location. Quick access to main highways. The pool was great, particularly when temps spiked into the 90's!! The home was very clean and had all the basics one needs.
