Need a home that is organized and clean when you are away? This is it. Quiet, clean, and organized with what you need. It is a 4 bedroom and 2 full bath home. There are 3 bedrooms with a Queen size bed in each and 1 bedroom with 2 Twin sized beds. All rooms have closets with hanging and shelf space for all your clothes. All beds are Revive mattresses from Living Spaces. Master bedroom has a Smart TV and headboard has smart phone charging plug ins. Livingroom with brand new sofas and a Smart TV. You can sign into your Netflix, Hulu, or other online accounts. Dining room and kitchen over look the fenced back yard and pool area. Mother nature takes care of warming up the pool, pool towels in the closet. Large family dining table for gathering. You will find games and puzzles for indoor and outdoor family fun. Coffee or breakfast on the back patio, or drinks and dinner as the sun goes down. Propane barbeque grill available for grilling. Full sized laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and iron board.

Wonderful Phoenix Home

My three sisters and I spent a week at this wonderful Phoenix home. It was so beautifully decorated, so clean and comfortable. It was so well stocked and had everything you could possibly need. We were impressed. Highly recommend if you are staying in Phoenix!!

Sunny Vacation

The home is always a beautiful place to spend time with our son who lives near Phoenix. We spent time by the pool, took a day drip to Sedona, checked out the OdySea Aquarium, watched some bull riding at the Buffalo Chip, and played some pool at Bullshooters. This is a great place to enjoy some sun!

Spring training and golf

The property was just like the photos. Very convenient to get to the baseball stadium and central to many golf courses. We had excellent communication with Beth and Lee, we had absolutely no issues during our stay. We loved it and would definitely book again!

Great place to stay when in The Phoenix area.

We were in town for several spring training games and stayed at this wonderful home. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a private pool and nice back yard area. The house was very clean and in great condition, very well kept up. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cutlery, pots, pans etc. Plenty of seasonings. Various cupboards were conveniently labeled so searching for items was not necessary. Directions typed in areas where appropriate. There were four bedrooms, a comfortable living room. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to all questions. The check in and check out went very smoothly. It was a pleasure staying here. Definitely 5 star rating. Thank you for sharing your very lovely home. I would highly recommend this home, and we plan on staying there again whenever in the area.

Home base for a family wedding

We had a great stay! We were in town for a family wedding, so didn't spend a lot of time at the house. House was very clean. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants close by. Space for 3 cars in the driveway. Quiet neighborhood at night. Spices and cooking essentials in the kitchen.

Blue sky and sunshine

Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood with a nice private pool. We visited with family that live in the area. Grilled a few of the days we were there. We walked in the evenings around the neighborhood to look at the different landscaping of all of the homes. We played pool at Bullshooters, watched bull riders at the Buffalo Chip, and experienced a shootout in Tombstone Az.

Vacation get away

Let me just say 1st off my reservation was canceled so i had yo find another 1. Finding someone who could accommodate us at the last minute was hard. At 1st i wasn't sure how it would be. But after staying there, this was 1 of the best rentals we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. It had everything you could possibly need to feel at home. The house was spotless. Was big enough to give us all the space we needed. The pool was huge and deep. Which we loved. I would recommend to anyone who likes privacy and safety. I plan on staying here again.

Excellent Property and Hosts

This is our second year of staying in this home. Lee and Beth are so easy to work with and very responsive to all questions. The house contains everything you need for a comfortable stay and then some! The house is clean and organized, and the backyard is an oasis. The pool is beautiful and well-equipped. It is like you are staying in your own private resort. We will be back!

From snow to pool

We enjoyed our stay so much at your home. We had everything we needed. It was clean and the pool was good size and clean. Great communication with the hosts. We came from a lot of snow so even though the weather didn’t cooperate much, we still enjoyed the outdoor area. It was a nice quiet neighborhood also. Thanks again. We would definitely stay again.

Great house and better hosts

The house was perfect for vacation with my daughters. It is in a great location. Lee and Beth were very accommodating. VRBO sent us a message that we could check in at 11 but the house rules listed 4 pm as check in and 11 am as check out. Due to the error on VRBOs side Lee and Beth let us in as early as possible once house was ready and gave us a gift card to a resturuant which was above and beyond. We would stay here again next time in Phoenix.

Better than expected!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed property. It was extremely clean and in great condition--nothing was lacking. The generous host even provided coffee pods for the Keurig, plentiful paper products, etc. We were lacking in nothing. The beds and bedding were clean, fresh-smelling, and very comfortable. It was just like staying at a friend's lovely home. I would highly recommend this place. No reservations whatsoever!

Great place in nice location

We rented this home to attend some baseball spring training games. It was a good location , no more than 30 min to the stadiums at surprise and Glendale and Peoria , with a 45 min drive to the stadium in mesa. Four bedrooms and large kitchen and dining room and living room. Wish we could have utilized the pool but still too cold early in season. Loved that the kitchen was so well stocked with not only plates but also foil and plastic wrap and paper products. We have stayed in many rental places all over the world , this was one of the best in terms of stocked products and towels and laundry soap, etc. House is a little older but has been kept up nicely. I would recommend staying here. Especially for families.
