I was not contacted, upon checking in we were notified that the room we reserved which was 2 queen beds were sold out and only had rooms with 1 king bed for my family. The bath tube was cracked and nasty. Under the sink the wall had a leak and you could see all the water damage. The molding wasn’t even attached to the wall anymore

Room 208 was clean but apparently was undergoing renovation. The floor between the the bathroom and the sink was chipped and dangerous. The shower dripped. Drapes were falling off the rod.

There was no hot water for our entire stay, the grounds were dirty and the matresses stained. There were homeless everywhere making it unsafe to be out alone at night. The staff however were very kind and professional.
