The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Leave garage remote on tv stand. Close all sliding glass doors and windows. Close wood entry door and verify closed, DO Not lock it from inside. Close metal smart lock door and verify closed.
Don't slam Smart lock door to close, use your pin to unlock and the handle to close. Close garage doors. Turn off all water faucets and lights. Start dirty towels laundry load and the dishwasher.
Empty fridge and put trash in the bins outside. Trash bins go on the street on Sunday, collection is on Monday. Clean after yourself. Notify owner by text,email when you check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
