It was a typical best western experience. The bedding is terrible, a thin blanket, lumpy pillows, and when I got in the room, I almost walked out because they sprayed such a strong disinfectant in the room. It was almost like if they were spraying if there was a dog in it and it was a non-smoking room, but it gave me a massive headache for about four hours. My husband wouldn’t let me cancel and go find another hotel so I just hung in there. I kept the room door open to the back pool area so that helped until a bird flew in. Finally got the bird out and the smell seemed to dissipate. I wish they’d use something more organic smelling or natural essence. These strong disinfectant sprays are horrible. It’s too bad because the pictures look so cute. The lighting in there was pretty terrible as well. A shower cap might be a nice touch. It just was a low budget experience, but it was a low budget so you get what you pay for I’d rather pay double and get a better hotel room. And if you book from Expedia and want to change your room, just expect that they will charge you and that’s fine. I guess they have to make their money somewhere.

This is a lovely hotel Staff were very helpful, pleasant and friendly Spotlessly clean, inside and out Quite isolated spot if you have no car but good accessiblity to other routes - minutes from Freeway 60 Beautiful scenery (superstition Mountains)

This was perfectly fine-very clean, safe & secure, great customer service and affordable/reasonably priced. It's a decent, mid-level hotel. This is not a fancy 5-star resort, it's pretty basic with a nice pool.
