Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. Parking is not free, and you only find that out once you arrive, which is very frustrating and misleading. The bathroom near the reception is always closed, so if you’re checking in and need one, you’d better make it to your room fast. To make things worse, the fire alarm went off at 2:30 in the morning, putting everyone into panic mode and completely ruining what little rest was left. Overall, not a great experience, and I expected much better.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean with comfortable bed. A little outdated but as long as it’s clean I am okay with that. Safety measures to make you feel secure. Walking distance to restaurants, outdoor mall and concert venue.

Spacious room and comfortable common areas made this hotel a good value for one night. I did struggle a bit to sleep due to noise from the AC, refrigerator and nearby rooms, but unplugging the appliances helped with this.
