Two master suites upstairs and half bath downstairs. Pool and hot tub right out your back patio. All furnishings in this townhome are brand new! 70 inch tv downstairs, 55 upstairs.

Solid choice

VRBO properties are always a crapshoot. We've had both great experiences and miserable ones. We were forced to book this late because a previous booking suddenly sold. We scrambled and found this. We lucked out. The unit is clean and the owner is very accessible and responds instantly. The unit is very quiet for the most part and is a 10-minute drive to Old Scottsdale. Very close to grocery stores and good restaurants. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen, while very usable, could use more supplies like measuring cups and sharp knives. Overall, though, we'd gladly recommend this property. Nice job!

Spring Training Home

We had a great experience here. Great A/C, quiet neighborhood, well laid out floor plan, fast internet, huge TV and comfortable couch and beds! The condo is older, but has been kept in really great condition and the owners have definitely made a few updates. There is so much to do and see within just a mile of this property. Steps from the canal, walking distance to shopping and great restaurants, even a lovely park!
