House Guidelines:
1. Guest Limit: Up to 13 guests are allowed.
2. Pets: We do not permit pets on the premises.
3. Noise and Parties: No parties allowed. Please keep music volume low to respect our neighbors. Events coordinated by professional services are acceptable. We adhere to the City of Scottsdale's short-term rental policies. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please note that violations can lead to significant fines.
4. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 3pm. Check-out is by 11am. Upon departure, please place dishes in the washer, dispose of trash, and leave towels in the laundry baskets found in each closet. Ensure all doors are securely locked.
5. Furniture & Equipment: Refrain from relocating any furniture or interfering with the wifi and security systems.
6. Security: For your safety, security cameras are installed at the front and back gates.
7. Pool Area: Avoid using glass near the pool. The pool is to be used at your own risk, and we are not liable for accidents or injuries. Always supervise children. Please do not disturb the pool vacuum or access the pool equipment zone.
8. Grilling: The grill is available for use at your own discretion. We hold no responsibility for accidents or injuries. Always supervise children and ensure propane tanks are turned off post-use.
9. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
10. Parking: A maximum of 4 cars is allowed – 3 in the driveway and 1 on the street.
