Make your vacation memories with your family here in this stylish home overlooking the 6th tee of the Phil Mickelson-designed Ocotillo golf course. With so many amenities - pool, fire pit, grill, hot tub, shuffleboard, arcade games, multiple tv`s, huge walk-in shower w/ several shower heads, wine refrigerator, and more - you`re sure to have a memorable time. The neighborhood is tranquil, yet the home is a short walk to many restaurants. High speed internet, cable tv, and a desk workspace.

There are three separate living areas in the home - living room, family room and loft. Each has a tv, and there are tv`s in the primary bedroom and Bedroom 2.

The living room is open to the dining room, which has a table for 8, wine refrigerator, and kegerator (kegerator available to guests to install a keg when staying 14 days or more). The living room has a shuffleboard table and many board games.

The family room has a large sectional couch and a fireplace. It`s open to the kitchen, breakfast nook (seats 4), and breakfast bar (seats 4).

The loft has a pull-out sofa and a Marvel arcade game. It opens to the balcony with seating that overlooks the golf course and pool.

The primary bedroom shower is not to be missed! It`s huge and has three shower heads and a bench.

The home is located in desirable Stillwater Cove Ocotillo community on the 6th hole of the Phil Mickelson-designed Ocotillo Golf Course. It`s a tranquil community, yet also located within very easy walking distance of Keegan`s Neighborhood Grill, Casual Pint, Stone and Vine Italian restaurant, Press Coffee Shop, Tacos `n More taco shop, Pei Wei, and more!

The home comes equipped with everything you could need in a kitchen from spices to blender to crock pot and tons of pots, pans and casserole dishes.

This is a family-friendly home with a pack n` play, high chair, toys, and kids` dishes. If you need anything specific, just ask - we can usually accommodate.

There are two garage spaces provided.

Because the pool uses a heat pump, we are not able to guarantee a set temperature. However, the heat pump is on during the fall, winter, and spring seasons. The solar pool cover is removed before each check in for safety reasons. Pool Technicians may service the pool and spa during your stay. They only have access to the back yard, not the house.

No events or parties allowed are allowed at this property. There will be a $500 fine for smoking in the property. There will be a fine of $500 for undisclosed pets. There will be a $250 fine for confetti used on the property.
