A completely updated home perfectly situated for both work and play. Located in the golf community of Red Mountain Ranch, you can access mountain biking and hiking trails from the community. Only 20 minutes to either valley airport or fine dining and shopping in Scottsdale, 15 minutes to Cubs Stadium or Saguaro Lake and just minutes to the Salt River Recreation area. After your adventures, unwind in your private backyard oasis complete with grilling, games and pool.

The whole property is yours to enjoy! Guests also have access to the park across the street with a play structure, courts and a large grassy area that's a beautiful spot to picnic or watch the sunset with Camelback Mountain and Piestewa Peak in the distance.
Other things to note
The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac that is only a mile from the 202 freeway access. With many fabulous local restaurants, you never have to eat in, but should you choose to, the kitchen is fully stocked and there is a Sprouts just down the street. Please keep in mind that while our home is family-friendly, our beautiful pool area is open to the rest of the backyard, please always watch your children around water.
