Additional Guest Fee
To help pay for extra supplies, laundry and cleaning, the additional overnight guest fee after 10 people is only $29 per person per night. If you put the correct number of overnight guests in your search, this fee will be automatically calculated. If not, plan to pay this soon after booking.

CLEANINGS
For longer stays, guest agrees to have home professionally cleaned at least monthly (bi-weekly with some animal breeds). Starting at $185 per cleaning, paid directly to Host's cleaner.
