Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the first floor. Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. Four night stay

The property is in a good location. The park behind the property is great. Laundry Room is clean and was easy to use. The machines take credit cards - do not take cash. The outside property was clean with pool, tennis/pickle ball court, etc. Ceiling fan dusty. AC filter needs to be changed. No instructions on how TV's work. Kitchen could have used more utensils, etc. One of the drawers had other people's things. The shower curtain should be replaced. We would return to use.

Great place to stay

Property and management were great. Heated pool was the best pool I've ever used. The accommodation and friendliness for pets is unsurpassed. Proximity to the parks and biking trails is excellent. A beautiful, relaxing place to spend time.
