The Space:

**Pool Heating is available from October 15 - May 15 every year. There is a $125 / day pool heating fee to cover utility costs. Pool Heating is an optional upgrade that can be purchased after booking.**

The Neighborhood:

This home is the perfect spot to experience Scottsdale. My home is located between Paradise Valley Village and the Promenade, giving you access to the best shopping and restaurants in Scottsdale. Old Town is just a short drive South of my home, which is where you'll find the heart of the city.



My home is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood. The area is quiet and private. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and stores within walking distance (less than 30 minutes walking).



You'll also have easy access to the 101 Loop and the Piestewa Freeway (#51). This puts you in an ideal situation to get around the city with ease.



Getting Around:

There's free parking at my home. You'll be easy driving distance to Old Town, Paradise Valley Village, the Promenade, and Scottsdale's premier attractions.



Uber is easily available in Scottsdale, so you'll never have trouble getting a ride if you don't have a vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

Pool Heating is available from October 15 - May 15 every year. There is a $125 / day pool heating fee to cover utility costs. Pool Heating is an optional upgrade that can be purchased after booking. There are also some minimums because we can't turn it off/on.



- If you are staying for four nights or less and would like to purchase pool heating, you must purchase heating for 100% of your stay.

- If you are staying for five nights or more and would like to purchase pool heating, there is a three night minimum.
