This motel could really use a deep clean and some major updates. The rooms are outdated and in need of an overhaul. Even though it’s listed as non-smoking, the entire place smells strongly of cigarette smoke mixed with old food, like ramen noodles. Overall, it feels neglected and would benefit greatly from renovations and proper cleaning.

Was nice to have a well equipped gym, motel, bowling alley/dining area combined into one convenient complex. Decent price for the room and friendly staff. Would like to have used the indoor pool but it was closed for renovating while I was there. Will stay there again when I am in the area.

Broken destroyed visit to Park Falls

The staff were extremely friendly but the pool was down for maintenance, the ice machine was broken and some rooms smelt like pot and they all were in need of new carpet. Beds were comfortable and shower had decent pressure. Breakfast was very poor. Spent way more money than we should have becase we had no pool to use and had to walk over to lounge for ice. The least they could do is notify us that property had failures before check in so we could have found somewhere else.

The location is great for riding, but the hotel needs some help. The rooms are in need of some deep cleaning. I wouldn't walk barefoot in the room. I actually went and bought Lysol for the floors and tables. The service at the bowling alley is extremely slow and under staffed. Beds and pillows are hard and lumpy.
