I surprised my husband with this trip for his birthday. We had an awesome time. The location was just right, the views were amazing. The facility was clean. The landscaping was beautiful and the pool was just right. Nicki and Edsel provided excellent suggestions on restaurants, transportation and ferries.

Our host Nicky was an amazing help. She made my stay feel nothing but amazing, from communicating, to any help needed and made my stay feel like I’m at home. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want to be away from where mostly everyone stays when they travel to St. Maarten. Besides that the view was amazing, the complimentary snacks and beautiful touches in the unit. I will definitely return here again when I come back to St Maarten

The hotel is just built, excellent design, fully equipped, great ocean view, shops are 12 minutes drive. Note that the hotel is located on top of the mountain and the access is very steep road about 1 mile, also the offered concierge service is not satisfactory.

The property is amazing and true to the pictures. Check in was seamless. The only issue we had was our key fob didn’t work one night and we was lock outside out unit until the property manager arrived which took quite some time.
