This property was adequately for our stay but a little on the expensive side, probably since there were a lot of things going on in the city that weekend. The room was mostly clean with the exception of what appeared to be some animal hair that was trapped in t he rug near the bed. Overall, I'd stay here again.

The location was great for my needs, it's noisy, but it's a city, so that should be expected. I was bummed there were no ear plugs as advertised, but I was able to pick some up for the second night. The room was clean and very basic, but what I expected. The bedding was put on incorrectly, which was odd, but easily fixed.

Great experience. First time with a “counterless” check-in. I did not receive the login email to get my access code, but when I texted the number I was sorted in mere minutes. Very smooth. Clean place, great location, and blazingly hot water. Would stay again!

The room was super dirty and there were bugs on the floor under table and looked like blood spots on the sheets from possible bed bugs, sheets weren’t put on the bed correctly chips and dirt on the floor and in corners and everywhere didn’t feel clean at all to the point we didn’t unpack we just ordered a new room and left. Would not book again or recommended to anyone else

Room was well-appointed and large. However, it was lots of codes 4-6 digits long to get through each door. If you get locked out as most do in the reviews, getting in touch with them is a bit difficult. As far as location, it's proximity to everything could not get better. Great location, hip neighborhood, and amazing restaurants nearby. Would like to visit again. Just hope the codes don't lock us out again.

Excellent stay for price. However there was a. safety concern with evening able to get u to building. The exterior doors did not unlock with codes/app and was locked out of building and unable to get in several times.Others staying at property were struggling to get inside too

The room was definitely clean, however both nights we had trouble with the code on the door to get into out room. Although we were able to resolve the problem reasonably fast it was frustrating. The second night we did not understand why the code was changed. I had to settle for a luke warm showers both days. The rooms were expensive, certainly not the greatest of value.
