Excellent city center location, right beside the Reading Terminal Market (should be on everyone’s bucket list!), and the convention center. Close to one of the Big Bus (hop on and hop off) pickup points, and subway station. Felt safe when on the property! Very comfortable!

Labor Day Weekend Trip

Easy checkin, clean room, no complaints about the hotel and service. Would stay here again. Reading Market next door. China Town across the street. Historic sites 10-15min walk. Everything was within walking distance. Lots of bars and restaurants too.

Uncomfortable bed

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the hotel itself was clean and nice. The problem was the bed. I've never slept in such an uncomfortable bed and my husband and I woke up very sore both days we stayed there. There were also random noisy folks traversing the hallways, but it was intermittent and I didn't report it. Other than the horrible beds, the rest of the hotel was just fine. I wouldn't stay there again, though, because of the uncomfortable bed.
