The first room we received was not the one we reserved. We like to check the beds before sleeping anywhere just in case and our beds had gross stains all over them like bloody? The room also smelled of roach spray and smoke (it was a nonsmoking room). When we went back downstairs to tell them this wasn’t the room we reserved, the woman tried to twist it on me to say that it was the room I reserved, but I showed her my receipt and then blamed the app because it’s a “third party”. The room we got next was only three rooms down, then completely smelled of chlorine and yet this building doesn’t have a pool which was strange. There was dust, dirt, stains, and hair on the wall still, the windows were severely dirty they need a heavy duty cleaning outside of them, AND we checked the beds again to find a piece of broken glass underneath the actual mattress and smaller stains on the mattress again. If it wasn’t for time constraints, we would’ve gotten a full refund at the front desk and gone to the holiday inn across the street. It was actually so ridiculous, I can’t make this up.
