We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets must be registered at the time of booking and included as part of the guest count . There is a fee of $25 per pet, per day.
Please note, if a pet is found on the property without prior registration, your reservation will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will be imposed .
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.
OTHER HOUSE RULES:
No more than 2 guests are allowed in the home at any time
No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction
No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit
No open flames or fire of any kind allowed in the unit
No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home
Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay
Any other house rule violations (excluding parties) will result in a $500 fine per incident, collected .
