Needs improvements.

Bed was horrible. Mattress should be replaced. The hotel needs a makeover badly. Shuttle was on time and friendly. Staff was also friendly.

Okay Hotel for a Night Stay

The hotel is okay for a one-night stay, convenient. Room 210 had mold in the bathroom ceiling and the fabric rack. Smell was not pleasant and tv wasn’t fully working. AC, breakfast and size of the room was good enough! Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Staff excellent. Room was very damp and they pumped a fragrance through the room that was not a bad smell but way too much. Good enough for a good night rest before a flight. Beds fresh and comfy.

Disappointing

I could overlook the fact that the hotel was rundown, but it was very dirty, as well. The cleaning crew left many surfaces unwiped. There was debris around the sink, The shower was stained. There was shcmutz on the wall. The room had a damp musty odor. I will say that the staff was a positive - very friendly and helpful.

It was an okay stay if you aren't looking for anything crazy. My major complaint is that it was not very clean. There were stains on the furniture and the bathroom was quite dingy.

My stay was fine. The hotel is old and dated but sufficient for my one night stay. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not comfortable at all. The bathroom definitely needs updating.

We stay at this Microtel because its convenient to fly out of Philadelphia. Its cheap and provides free shuttle service. With that being said, there is a funky smell throughout the place. Also, the first person who helped us was very nice. But when we got up in the morning, we went to go leave for the airport only to be told they had no shuttle service. I knew the night before they were down a shuttle. I know things happen, but I feel like we should have been told about it the night before that BOTH shuttles were down. And the man at the front desk was abrasive. Usually no problems, and again very convenient, and cheap parking.

DO NOT STAY HERE. BIOHAZARD. MOLD. MILDEW. BUGS.

DO NOT STAY HERE. BIOHAZARD. MOLD. MILDEW. BUGS. I’ve been in some not so great hotels before, but this one takes the title of the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I couldn’t even sleep due to it being so violently disgusting. The smell of mildew and mold. The way there was brown and black coating the walls and baseboard. Also the vile water leak in room 210 that HAD MOLD ON THE CEILING. STAY FAR AWAY. Shuttle was also broken. I was told that I would need to ride in the drivers personal vehicle to get to the airport.
