Check in was unprofessional. Front desk clerk was not present -- and emerged out of a closet with some random person and was unhelpful to say the least. Please investigate what happened as this reflects poorly on your property and brand.

Everything was overpriced from the incidental hold being $150 parking $25 they were supposed to validate the parking ticket but did not there were holes in the wall trash outside room on the floor. And my tv was stuck at 100 on the volume and the remote couldn’t turn down the volume the bed was nice and towels looked very old and dingy

The hotel was very clean and quiet. We spent 4 days there. The gym was a fairly decent size but it was definitely used purposely! We didn’t get the chance to try the food or drinks due to our busy schedule. Our room itself was clean and such a great size. We loved the fact that they had a freezer and a microwave. We would definitely come back.
