Small but efficient. HVAC, shower, and mattress good. They could’ve provided a little coffee, creamer, and sugar for those only staying a night or two, but the place was fine. I appreciated their later evening to early morning quiet time.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The electric hotplate worked great for boiling water. There was a cool view of down town from the window. The place is a super quick walk to the septa station.
