The room was good—very clean, comfortable, and well-kept! Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were unavailable during my stay, which was disappointing since that was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. When I asked the front desk about a possible partial refund for the inconvenience, the staff member was rude and dismissive, saying, “I doubt you’re getting anything for it.” That interaction definitely left a bad impression. Other than that, my stay was fine overall.

In room water pressure in shower was low and outlet on light next to bed did not work. valet was confused when we arrived and did not have a room number yet.

The room was cleaned, sink was leaking, staff is horrible with attitude, I ask for cleaning the room daily, she was rude and said no, we only clean every other day. I paid $250 a day to have daily nice, fresh clean room with all the garbage picked up and replenish what needed. Water is just basic necessities and it is cheap, you should have available for your guest, breakfast, you should have at least one more item boiled eggs or eggs white non contaminated with any other meat like pork. Have all use gloves.

The mattress was stained in multiple places . There was hair all over the mattess protector. Although they did move our room, it was bed time and inconvenient. The staff were accommodating but its still dirty and gross that the matress was in that condition.

The reviews i read scared me and I booked anyway. Im very picky and I always stay at Four seasons, Ritz etc. this was a 1 night stay and it was CLEAN. Beds were comfy, service was as expected, breakfast was good and the people working breakfast did it with a smile and great energy. I would ignore the angry people reviews.

The free breakfast was horrible the meat and potatoes was all chopped up like dog food. In the bathroom they only give you 2 towels and 3 washcloths, We ordered more towels that morning at the front desk, for the evening when we returned. We did not receive them, we had to call to get more for that day. very inconvenient. They do not change your bed ,towels or trash daily, This place has change dramatically.To be a Hilton place
