A lot of noise from doors slamming. Hallways not cleaned regularly. There was a crushed piece of pretzel in the hallway by my door for the entire stay. Syreeta the hostess was very kind, wish she was in a better hotel equal to her skills.

First - the evening rep that checked me in was amazing. He was very pleasant and it was quite a busy time so taking those few extra minutes to welcome us was really nice and appreciated. The property was a good deal for the cost. Breakfast was decent and the room was comfortable and clean. The only issue was that we reserved a ling bed months in advance, but once we got there, there wasn't a king available. How does that happen if we reserved it?
