Hotel is in good condition, clean and spacious suite room. Didn’t dine here. Location is great for central Philly, however parking for drop off is a bit stressful since there are only 3 spots on the one way street and you cross your fingers one is available. Once you do find it, you need to move quickly as impatient traffic backs up. We paid for off-site parking a few blocks away which was cheaper than hotel valet. Room facing street was extremely noisy - fortunately we brought a fan which helped with white noise. No bike storage (we were here for Bike Philly). Staff was friendly.

the only thing slower than the WIFI is the elevator. I asked for directions to 711 and they told me to look it up on my phone LOL...Customer service isn't their strong suit. The worst part was the VALET parking. So you pay 57 dollars a night to valet park which is fine but the problem occurs when the valet parking worker is just not there. I had to wait when I dropped my car off and also wait when picking the car up...It's a headache so avoid at all costs if possible.

Valet parking system was not working well. You should be able to text to have your car picked up and that seemed to work but they only had 1 valet person on duty in the morning who did not have access to the system to get the text messages. It would result in longer than expected delays to get car

Staff were very nice, but when we got there the key system was down, maintenance had to let us into our rooms.. Parking price for valet was a little pricey but I guess you have to expect that in the downtown area. Other than that, it was a good stay.
