We have been staying here for years, since it opened, actually. The location is ideal for an annual dance competition. The hotel is starting to show some weather and tear. The breakfast bar is great, the always-available tea/coffee is a perk, little kitchen in every room is amazing for my daughter with dietary needs, pet-friendly is a big plus, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Downside we experienced broken microwave, worn and uncomfortable bed.

Wonderful stay! With Reading Terminal Market right across the street and Market Street just a half a block away and a short walk to City Hall, you cannot beat the location. The hotel room and common areas were spotless and the staff were very friendly. The nearby parking was also a bonus. I loved having a kitchenette and table in our room, and the sofabed and privacy curtain were also great. I will definitely be staying here again with my family!

Room was clean, staff was courteous however I was charged $300 smoking cleaning fee for what they say was at 3:51am in the morning. We were all asleep at this time. I will dispute this with my credit card company but am extremely upset by this situation. I spoke with the manager and he stated to dispute it and my card had already been charged.

Room was clean with all the expected amenities. Full size fridge was nice to have. Little noisy with occasional police or ambulance street traffic ( I was on 4th floor). Also, shower was warm to cold, no hot water. That was annoying.
