Room was not up to par. The toilet was not working to the point that we had to remove the top of the tank and pull the chain in order to flush it. The breakfast was less than ideal and the attendant was even worse. Rude, paid zero attention to what was going on. Creamers were empty and placed where she could see them, she never filled them. She was more interested in catching up with the front desk. When asked a question, she seemed annoyed that you interrupted her discussion. Will never stay there again. Hot tub out of order. One of the reasons we chose the hotel.

The Expedia listing and the staff (prior to our arrival) both confirmed that we would have access to a rollaway crib for our baby. There was NO crib available when we got there. We were told right away at check-in that they didn’t even have them. This really felt like false advertising. We were very disappointed.
