Well the property was under construction and i understand improvements are needed to make it better. Sooo that being said, i have no comments of good or bad. But a small discount for the mess and problems that go with this cause full price at this time was not worth the mess i could have gone somewhere else. the price could have been $90 instead of $180 for the night.

Have booked at this Hampton for 4+ years, and will continue. Undergoing renovations to the Lobby, Dining area and upgrades to the guest rooms; it will take this Hampton over the top. From Desk staff is excellent ( all of them). Ask for "Lucius" if you need anything, he is a great ambassador for Hampton!

Not worth the money for the upgrade

Staff was rude at check in and at breakfast time. Breakfast was limited. The hotel was going through construction at the time of our stay so the gym was closed. Room had holes in the paneling were it used to have lamps. Furniture was worn and outdated.

Mediocre during renovation

Our mattress was visibly needing replaced, lying on one side I felt I was going to roll right out. Back sore in morning. Going through renovation and breakfast served out by check in. Not ideal but it worked.

Ky trip

Even though there was construction going on, it didn't hamper our trip. The pool was open and the kids enjoyed that. The staff was very nice. The 2 gentlemen who did the breakfast buffet were awesome. One of them found a tray for me to carry my food back to my room. The buffet was very good. Our room was clean and kept up very well. A plus was right next door to Texas Roadhouse...
