Place was dirty and run down. They had to manually program my key card and when I went to smoke at 2am it stopped working I was locked out for 45mins. When I finally gained entry inside I told the employee about card buy he made me take 4 trips Up and down with key that didn’t work before finally opening my door with his key and telling me if I left I would be locked out again. I became a hostage in my room a the hotel that night.
